Terms and Conditions of Sale
The content, date and timing of all Soft Skills courses are correct as displayed on our website.
Soft Skills reserves the right to alter or cancel published dates and change venues without liability. If a course is cancelled, an alternative date / venue will be offered to all attendees. However, should a course become unviable due to limited attendee numbers, a full refund of course fees will be provided. We do not accept any liability for travel or accommodation costs incurred by the attendee.
Whilst every effort will be made to avoid resource changes, Soft Skills reserves the right to amend or replace any pre-named trainer scheduled to deliver a specific course.
Course fees can be paid through invoice request, which we will send you within seven working days.
The balance must be paid within 28 days of the invoice date, or in full no later than a minimum of 28 days prior to the course date, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST. In the event that a course is booked within the 28 day period, please contact Soft Skills (email@example.com) for further advice.
In any event, Soft Skills reserves the right to cancel the course if payment has not been received in accordance with the timescales stated above.
A booking confirmation will be issued by e-mail within 24 hours of booking.
Joining instructions and pre-work
We aim to issue joining instructions for all courses a minimum of 14 days prior to the course date. In the event that course attendees must undertake pre-work prior to the day of training, we will notify all attendees a minimum of 28 days prior to the course date.
The notable exception with these timescales will occur when a course is booked within the days stated above.
The following charges will apply if you cancel:
46+ days before a course = 25% of the course fee.
22-45 days before a course = 50% of the course fee.
0-21 days before a course = 100% of the course fee.
Soft Skills reserves the right to cancel or postpone events under circumstances beyond our control such as an act of God, Governmental Regulation, Fire, War, Terrorist Activity or Civil Commotion.
Soft Skills accepts no liability if a course attendees are unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption. If a course is cancelled due to lack of delegate attendance, cancellation fees of 100% will be applied.
Course behaviour and conduct
Soft Skills reserves the right to request that a course attendee leave a training course if it is felt that they are unable to participate and contribute to the learning on the course. This includes inappropriate behaviour and actions that are detrimental to the learning received by other participants on the course.
